Esen Saka Topçuoğlu

Prof. Dr. Esen Saka Topçuoğlu is a Professor of Neurology specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. She graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, where she also completed her neurology residency and earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. She conducted advanced research in Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT and focused on behavioral neurology and movement disorders at Harvard University’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. After serving as a neurology professor at Hacettepe University until 2019, she transitioned into private practice. Besides outpatient practice, she continues her scientific and educational endeavors.
