Vesna Suknjaja

Associate Professor Vesna Suknjaja was born in 1978 in Novi Sad. She is an Assistant Professor at the 
Faculty of Medicine of the University of Novi Sad at the Department of Neurology. She completed her 
basic medical studies at the same faculty, where she continued her doctoral studies. In 2016, she 
defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Correlation of the time of onset of multiple sclerosis 
with the characteristics of the clinical picture, course of the disease, findings of nuclear magnetic 
resonance and cerebrospinal fluid.” She has been employed at the Neurology Clinic of the University 
Clinical Center of Vojvodina since 2005, and after passing the specialist exam, in 2012 she works as a 
specialist neurologist in the Department of Demyelinating Diseases of the Central Nervous System. He is 
the author and co-author of several papers published in learned journals of national and international 
importance. He participates in several clinical projects on the subject of Multiple Sclerosis. Study stay – 
Florence, Lyon, Cremona February/March 2010 as part of the TEMPUS project Assasmant of pain.
