• Transfer prices are valid for group transfers scheduled for arrival on September 25, 2026, and departure on September 27, 2026. For transfer requests on other dates, please contact us.
Services Included in the Registration, Accommodation and Ground Services Fee:
- 2 nights accommodation in standard rooms at the congress hotel, including breakfast. The 2-night package will be organized between September 25–27.
- Pocket program, scientific program, certificate, name badge, welcome letters, luggage tags, and similar printed materials prepared for the meeting and travel.
- Refreshments during the meeting.
- Specially organized group dinners and transportation to restaurants.
- All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during meals.
- Local guide accompanying the group throughout the entire program.
- All pre-congress secretariat services, including participant follow-ups and RSVP management.
- Preparation of the meeting website.
- Preparation and coordination of all required documents for Ministry application.
- Travel health insurance.
- International departure tax fee.
- All local taxes, including city tax.
